Help Royce ate an ear plug Royce ate my ear plug . I tried to induce vomiting twice but he didnt vomit what should i do? |
I would call your vet and ask them to consult w/ poison control. My guess is that bc it is soft, he will likely just poo it out. But, it's best to consult about its chemical makeup as well. Keep us posted. |

How is Royce doing with his elevated BUN? |
Hope he passes it soon. Cali ate the whole bottom of a latex toy and after 500 in er vet bills where they said she just ate to much ?? I knew that wasn't true, she passed it the next day. I couldn't believe she was ablt to pass the size it was so hopefully the ear plug will come out pretty easily. |
ear plugs + yorkies = no good! - YorkieTalk.com Forums - Yorkshire Terrier Community Hope he passes it like this little one did. |
How scarym hope it passes real soon. |
update As of today Royce didnt pass it yet, called the vet again and he told me that if he is drinking/playing/eating not to worry ...and it can take up to 3 days to pass it  |
The very first day I got trixie, she ate half of her toy. I call my mother in law, and told her about it(she always had more than five dogs in her house). She said she will be ok. sure eanough she was fine. she aparently digested it, because her pup was hard, as it's being till now. |
Odie too ate an earplug.. about 3 days later.. there it was ... all chewed up in his stool.. I was beside myself calling the vet's office and they told me the exact same thing... Wait it out.. it will come out  |
