Royce is at the emergency on fluids
 

I noticed that Royce was not really him self since Sunday he was eating and drinking but he was not very active ..and today at 1 PM I gave him food and he didn't want to eat then he started to vomit non stop and started having diarhea aat the same time and he was not active was all the time in his bed so I rushed him to the vet they blood work and most of his values were elevated and the vet told me thats because he is dehydrated and he put him on fluids immediately ...I'm so miserable he will spend the night at the clinic this is the first time in 2 years and a half that i dont have my baby sleep in my bed ...I cant stop crying ...Please pray that he will be fine I will go and see him first thing tomorrow in the morning

I'm so sorry!!! I know how terrible it feels when your baby is sick and they have to be away from you. I will be praying for both of you to make it through this.

Just get some peace knowing that he is in the best place he can be to get better.

Oh god im so miserable i cant stop crying ...the thing is that the clinic where I left him the stuff leave at 10 PM and come back at 7AM so he will be all alone from 10 to 7 but the vet assured me that he will be fine by himself the keep animals for the night all the time ...he gave me the option to take him to a hospital where the animals are supervised 24 h/24h but I the end I choose not to go because it;s very far from where I live oh god I'm praying I didnt make a mistake by living my poor baby alone :mad:

Awww I'm so sorry. I feel so bad for you as I know how hard it must be :( I'll say a prayer for you and your baby that he's home with you 1st thing in the morning.

The vet already told me that he has gastro ..

It is the most horrible feeling when they are sick and you have to leave them. Sending lots of healing prayers Royce's way. Hopefully, he will be home with you tomorrow.

I am getting ready to go to bed. I will add a prayer for Royce that he is sleeping the night away,safe and sound with the angels watching over him. I'll check back in the morning to look for an update.

Prayers for a good report on Royce this morning, he'll be ok mom. Update when you can. Gizmo has had this and I know how your feeling.

I'm so sorry Royce is sick! I know how you feel...Max had pancreatitis and they had to keep him over a weekend on IV's.....it's a helpless feeling and you think that they're missing you, but I think that they feel so lousy, they just want to sleep most of the time. Max did great and hasn't had a problem since then with the same thing, so hopefully Royce will do every bit as well! He's definitely in our thoughts and prayers!

Update on my baby Royce
 

Yesterday night was so awful I felt soo horrible when I looked at the time it was 10 pm and and all the staff at the clinic left and my baby was sleeping alone ..I took some pills and cried myself to sleep, I woke up at 6:30 Am this morning and had to wait till 8:30 to go to the vet's clinic to see Royce ...Finally by 9 I was there and the technician told me that Royce is fine he ate and drunk and didnt vomit and nothing happened to him being alone from 10 PM till 7 AM the I went to see him my poor baby was so happy to see me :p I stayed with him till his vet Allan came ...he told me that definetely he looks much better that yesterday he is more alert ...but he wanted to keep him on fluids for the whole day and then run blood tests again at the ed of the day to make sure all his values went back to normal, before sending him home ...the vet was so nice he told me I can spend all the day sitting near him if I wanted to ..anyway i left for an hour then came back around lunch time till 5:30 PM at that time they took a blood sample and redid the tests and Thank Gog everything came back normal and he was allowed to go back home what a relief ...He was his little self running all over the apartment, so I gave him to eat a little bit as instructed by the vet and now he his curled sleeping on my bed :) .
