| Shots What exactly are tempermental shots? What is the reason for them? We are are purchasing a yorkie and doberman puppy so i called the vet to find out how soon i need to take them. They told me that both puppies need them and they can't be around other dogs for awhile. I thought maybe some of u could explain it to me better than what they did. |

| I'm not sure what temperamental shots are but all puppies should receive 2-3 sets of puppy shots including Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, and Parvo before they should be around other dogs. Ideally the shots are started around 8 weeks (maybe later) and continued every two weeks until all rounds are done.
