|  Update on Nygee, Kidney & Bladder stones  Nygee is doing better, blood work revealed that her organism is in full function, even though she's got kidney stones, her kidneys are functioning well, her BUN is 6 and CRE is 0.9, urine analysis determined that she has a UTI, antibiotics were prescribed... Though she's got bladder stones, there's no crystallization in her urine and the only way to determine what stones formed again is by doing a second cystotomy... At this point I'm just maintaining her moisture intake up, giving her dried cranberry treats, and waiting for the cranberry extract to arrive, one of the YT moms advised me of solid gold berry balance, its an extract in powder form.... I ordered and cant wait to receive it... She never showed any sign of anything wrong with her, I found out by coincidence... An X-ray for something else revealed she had both types of stones...All I can do is take it one day at a time... Please pray for my baby... Without YT, I'd be feeling miserable, there's so much love in this forum, its amazing... I feel so lucky to be a part of it...  Just reading through the threads and realizing that I'm not alone makes the world of a difference... Thank You for your support, Andrea   |
