| No, but with the way mine lick themselves...I could definitely see it happening... Their kitty friend taught them how...lol Do you have fish oil or nutrical or something oily like that? If so it will help coat her stomach and get it all out. |

| No, but was it actually a hair ball? Do you have a cat? It must have made you gag when you realized what it was?

| I have 2 cats and was finding more and larger hairballs all over the place. I thought it was the cats until I saw Remi hack one up. Nothing but a huge ball of fur. We discovered that he has been sucking on blankets and getting the fuzz off them and just about anything else he can get ahold of. He licks everything! He also gets mouthfuls of cat fur when gets chasing and nipping at them. He has had no problems from them. I'm glad to see that he isn't the only one.

YT Graphic Artist Donating Member | My Shadow does this. He will eat just about anything including lint, fuzz, and hair. I've seen him many times throw up little packages of hair. I have searched YT for this, but haven't found another case of hair eating until your post. I hope there are more responses.

| It was def. a hair ball. I dont have a cat. It kinda looked like Zoey's fur. They play fight all the time, I guess Chloe is getting mouths full of hair!

| Good investigation and you probably found the source of the hairball - fur and carpeting material.
