Hi everyone, a friend of mine has a yorkie name Paris that really needs some prayers right now. Paris is about 7 months old and when she was about 3 months they found out that her heart was abnormal and without surgery she wouldn't survive. They took her to many differen't vets and also to Ohio to be seen by a really good heart specialist. They said they would consider surgery if Paris came close to 5 lbs. or once she made it to one year old. The doctors told my friend that without surgery Paris most likely wouldn't live long after one year or if that at all. Even with surgery she will never have a normal life.

They've been taking her to the vet every month to run test to see if her heart is getting any weaker and they just found out that she is going down hill fast now. I guess in the past few days they've been seeing a difference in her. She's been really tired and laying around much more. Before this you would never have known there was a problem with her. She was your typical baby. My heart just breaks for this poor baby. She is so sweet and her mommy and daddy love her to death. She only weighs about 3 1/2 lbs. now but my friend has convinced the doctors to do the surgery. I guess its going to be done as soon as possible since she is getting bad now. Please keep this little girl in your prayers. There is a huge chance she might not make it through the surgery but her mommy refuses to give up. :( I'm praying for a miracle here and I know the power of YT prayers so please keep her in your thoughts.
