| Throwng up Cosmo has thrown up 4 times today but it does not seem to phase him at all. Lately he has thrown up like once a day but I thought it was becasue he was eating his poop and that is what his throw up smelled like and looked like. It has today too but I have not caught him eating his poop. He went to the vet today and got his rabies shot and a tapeworm pill. I did not see the pill in his puke today, so what is going on. Is there any medicine I can give him? I need some help on why he is doing this.

| sick i have given harley small amounts of baby food - either turkey or chicken when he was sick in small doses. my vet had me give him about a teaspoon and wait 30 minutes and if he keeps that down give him another teaspoon. harley would not eat the prescrption i/d - so the baby food was used because it was so plain and easy to digest. hope that helps |

| I've heard of people giving their babies a small amount of Pepto Bismol to help calm upset stomach. You should also get some unflavored Pedialyte to keep him from getting dehydrated. Try some boiled chicken and rice to help him keep it down. Is he feeling any better now? I hope he starts feeling better soon!

| Hi! I think you should call the vet and ask them about it. Zeus threw up a couple of months ago and the vet said to bring him in right away. Turns out he had pancreatitis. It is a very painful disease and shouldn't be left untreated. To be on the safe side, I would have him checked out.
