Gabe, Rudy, Cindy, Faith, Gracie are my fur children still at home. |

bailie is named after baileys irish cream yumyum , sonny is, well i call him my wee son .... and beau is when dh seen her for first time, and said her ears looked like a bow but i spelt it beau, which i was wrong as it is a males name which i never knew at the time ....:rolleyes: |
I have a Cpt. Jack Sparrow also - we named him that because we have an all black kitty named Black Pearl - so now we have Black Pearl and Cpt. Jack. We call him Jack for short. |
(I don't know if I already posted in this thread or not). But Jackson was actually named after Johnny Cash's song. :p Ya know, "I'm goin' to Jackson...." but now that Micheal Jackson died, most people think that's who he's named after, which isn't a bad thing cuz I love MJ! :) |
I can't remember if I have posted here already, either, but Meg was named after Megatron from Transformers. My DH was hesitant to get such a small dog (Meg was ~1 lb when we took her home), and had always imagined having a dog with a "big dog" name like Skull or Killer. I told him he was nuts, and that we might as well call her "Megatron" (Transformers 2 was just coming out), and... it stuck! We call her Meg for short. And no, at the time I didn not realize that Megatron was the villian of the story. :rolleyes: |
