No my yard is not fenced. I leash walk. |
My sliding door are almost always open during the day and they come and go as they please into our fenced yard. |
I've been struggling with this for a while. We recently moved to a three story town home (garage is first story), and Bentley has been struggling to adapt. He chewed a hole through the corner of our new sofa/chaise ottoman. :thumbdown And I thought we had him trained to use only the balcony to potty, but...over the past few weeks, he's been going wherever he pleases on our new carpet instead of in the kitchen where we FIRST had him confined when we moved in and it's KILLIN me. So, I'm feeling as if I should leave him outside a little more. So he can go out there more. The balcony is pretty high up *second story*, and we dont live where we have to worry about big birds luckily. We added plastic meshing from LOWES that matches the color of the balcony *home owners association requirement*. So he's fine out there... But....everyone feels bad that he's out there more...but...he PEES when he's in here and it's horrible. *sigh* |
Yes but only ten minutes or so at a time. I have a large fenced i yard and besides Mojo's BIG sister Koda is outside protecting him. She weighs more than I do:p |
I live in a townhouse so I don't have a yard to myself. I would ever leave her out on her leash unattended. I wouldn't put it past someone around here to steal her. Plus I have to be there to keep the young kids away from her. They constantly are trying to hold her and will never just let her be. One tried to push her to the ground and ordered to go potty, I put an end to that. My mom has a large yard, that aurora loves to play in. Even there she is not allowed out unsupervised. |
Well I have a securely fenced back garden, but the only time they are out there without me is when i'm in the kitchen, and then I am watching them through the window. |
I checked never or watching - we have a totally new fenced in yard but since we are still in potty training mode I'm outside all the time seeing if Izzy does her business....I'm nervous letting her alone but I hope by winter she gets her business done real soon - I don't want us to freeze our you-know-whats off. |
