I know EXACTLY what you mean! I have to go out of town on business next week and I'm having the worst anxiety that my hubby won't be able to take care of the furbabies as well as I do.

OH! And I voted for 6 hours. They are never left at home longer than 4-6 hours at a time.

I voted 4 hours. I take her everywhere with me—even to work—but sometimes I just need some time to myself. It’s so hard to run errands with her crawling all over me the whole time.

When I am working my Mom and Dad watch the girls...When I am home (which I am now...looking for a job) I checked off 4 hours...I actually feel this is to long to leave them alone. Lillie is only 15 weeks old and I put her in a baby playpen she is all set up with toys,food,water,pee pad...and after about 2 1/2 hrs she gets mad! It's almost like she screams!! you can hear her outside with the windows closed!! Leaving her out with her big sister can be a bad thing....they get into to much trouble!!

I voted 4 hours but I start to feel withdrawal symptoms after two hours. I'm a stay at home mom, so I'm with them most of the time. But it kills me to see their little faces at the window when I go out. After two hours, I get anxiety about them. I can't wait to get home to them. :animal-pa

I guess I'm part of the minority. I don't have that much of a problem with the furkids being without me. The 3 of them play constantly and are good at keeping each other entertained. Of course, when I'm away for over night or something I miss them terribly, but being gone a few hours I don't mind too much. Plus, my mom is usually home with them.

I put 4 hours although most of the time they are with me 24/7 since they go to work with me every day. I do have to be away from them on Sundays as I cant take them to church or the grocery store with me. Other than that they pretty much go where I go. :aimeeyork :animal-pa

I can't go very long without her at all! I just recently got her and haven't been able to leave her side. She's such a joy in my life... I can't believe I ever lived without her! I even take her to work with me, and she sits in my lap and just watches me! I know she's new but I don't think I'll ever be able to leave her...yorkies are just to darn adorable!!!:animal-pa

At this point in my life I work at home..I dread the day I have to ever go out into the real world and work again. I dont know how I could ever leave my gang...I know what you mean about worrying if your wife will do everything the way you would..I am the exact same way with Phil...I walk my dogs and train them...but...he is free to pick up the poop anytime he likes lol

I voted 8... But I gotta work. It's not really the matter of choice. Luckily my hubby works the opposing shift and I'm with Pepper in the AM, then hubby takes over in the PM. He's not alone for longer than 4 hours or so. The weekends are mostly for entertaining the pup though :rolleyes:
