Gucci sleeps with us sometimes. Her bed is by the side of our bed so she jumps on our bed or viceversa. Actually right now she sleeping in my side of the bed since i cant seem to fall asleep. |
He would, but my fiance firmly put his foot down on that... :thumbdown |
Sully sleeps in the crease between Eli and my pillows....usually he sleeps upside down with his paws in the air. He's such a cuddle-bug! My husband and I both love letting him sleep with us! LOL. |
Well, Bo doesn't sleep with us yet, but believe it or not, my husband keeps hinting about it. I'm the reluctant one. My husband works a lot of hours and can't afford to have his sleep disturbed. You'd think he'd realize that sleeping on 1/3 bed and 2/3 air cause Bo has taken over his side of the bed, might be a little disturbing! LOL!! |
Sebastian sleeps in his crate right next to my bed. sometimes he will pull the covers off his crate so he can still see me, it is too cute!! |

Tia sleeps on my pillow with me and Sandy sleeps on my feet. I didn't arrange this, they did - although I did have the BEST intentions of crate training Tia. I'm bad - I couldn't let one sleep in the bed while the other was in a crate ;) |
When did you let them start sleeping on your bed? Bella is still so tiny and I am afraid she will try to jump off the bed in the middle of the night and really hurt herself. |
Toto graciously allows Patrick & me to "share" her bed!! :) Our parts of the bed kept getting smaller and smaller so we bought the biggest bed we could find and guess what?? We still hang off our respective sides most nights!! But ... the most important thing is that "Miss Prissy Paws" gets a very good nights sleep and we have finally gotten used to her tiny little snore!! ;) |

Sleeping Pebbles does not sleep in my bed cuase shell fall off and not trained when shes trained ill let her in my bed! What I mean is that shes to young! :rolleyes: |
Sandrine and Mollie sleep in my bed . They can sleep where they decide to , ( transport crate , travelling bag , the puppy pen or little basket ) |
Eddie sleeps in my bed. He usually curls up under the covers right next to me! :) |
nala sleeps where she wants, bed, under the bed, her bed beside the bed, the chair, you name and that's where she'll sleep. sometimes when she's hot she take naps on the bathroom floor b/c it's cool, she's a crazy girl, lol |

Pixie is still too young to sleep up on the bed. She has her own little room with a pee pad, bed, water & food bowls and she seems to like the arrangement. Tuffy sleeps with us up on the bed, we let him up when he was about 6 months old and I think since we didn't let him up immediately as a baby he sees us as the pack leaders and I'm hoping it will be the same with Pixie. |
I couldn't bear to have him anywhere else and I think he feels the same way. I've always started them right out sleeping with me from the day I got my first puppy. With much pillow, box and laundry arranging (around the sides of the bed) I have made my bed safe and easily accessible to Tucker. I only had to show him once how to go up and down his ramp of pillows and from then on, I was able to remove all the padding from the floor around the bed. I couldn't imagine not waking up to that sweet little face inches from mine, those eyes gazing adoringly at me while I am given a very relaxing face bath from that hot little tongue while I rub his tummy. Being in love with a Yorkie brightens all my days now!!!!! Him sleep anywhere but the bed? - NEVER!!!! Dana |
Lily absolutely sleeps with me!!! After I got her, she would come in the bedroom, sit by the bed and growl at me till I picked her up. Now That it just my signal that she wants me to pick up no matter what time of the day. She also lays above my keyboard drawer when I'm on the computer. She is kinda spoiled! |
Baby sleeps with us now, and always has. When we first got her we were too afraid of her falling off the bed so we moved a mattress onto the living room floor and slept with her there for about a month until we got tired of that. Then we took our bed off the frame so it could be lower to the ground for her. Still to this day that is where is reamins. We are so silly. letting this little guys control us, but I sure wouldn't have it any other way. |
Yes & No My answer is both yes and no, my full grown male Artie, slept with us for the first 3 months but grew out if it........he now sleeps in front of our bedroom doorway as if he's guarding us? Sometimes he sleeps at the foot of the bed, on my side. But the new baby female Abigail sleeps right in between us on my neck nestled inside my hair. If she is shivering and whining my Husband jumps out of bed to turn the heater on or if it's too hot he turns the A/C on? She like the satin sheets and if she has to go potty she whines and one of us outs her down so she can go? And after she's done she cries to be put back up. Our bed is not on a frame so it will be lower, when Artie wakes us all up promptly @ 7 am. he is able to jump up. He licks our faces until one of us gets up to take him out. :aimeeyork |
I wake up and Sydnee is wrapped in my hair. She seems to find comfort there for some reason. She puts her head on top of mine and the rest of her body is cuddled along the back of my head. She always starts out under the covers but every morning that is where she ends up. |

Sleeping Arrangements... Frankie does sleep with me and to tell you the truth I'd be totally lost if he didn't. Sometimes he sleeps in my hair, sometimes on my neck, sometimes at my feet, just where ever he wants to. We call him our cuddle monster. |
Sadie slept one night in a crate, and now sleeps with me. She sleeps at the foot of the bed, and hardly moves. If you recall, she is new to me (this is our fourth night together), and she is 3. Fully housebroken and that is so nice. Kate |

I'm so glad I posted this poll! And to be honest, a little surprised at the results. I figured most would not have their pups sleep with them. I have so enjoyed reading all your stories. They are so sweet! Some brought tears to my eyes. Maybe I'll have to reconsider letting Bo sleep with us. I'm pretty sure my husband would agree. I'll let you all know what I decide... |

Stewie sleeps on me at night. I sleep on my stomach and he sleeps on my back. Sometimes he wakes up and moves, but that is usually the arragement. I kind of feels good when he walks on my back -- like a personal masseuse |
