| Puppy Cut or Show Length?? Which do you prefer? A puppy cut? Show length? Or somewhere in between? I like the puppy cut the best for Sapphire. It's easy to take care of.

| I LOVE the long coat, that's what drew me to yorkies in the first place. It's a lot of work, but really worth it

| Both of mine are in puppy cuts since I do not have the time to maintain a long coat. I do love the long coats though, and hope that someday I will be able to dedicate the time that it takes.

| I like to do a "schnauzer" cut in the summer sometimes, it looks so cute and it's easy to maintain. But I love them in all lengths and cuts as long as they don't have "grinch" feet |

| I love the long coats... I wish my girls had them. We end up somewhere in between.

| I love the show length, but I will probably keep Madison in between.

| The long coat is absolutely beautiful, but I prefer somewhere in between for Bree.

| I love the full coat and I don't have a problem taking care of it. However, right now my adults are in puppy cuts. Molly was cut about 3 inches long before she had her puppies and the other 3 were cut to get rid of their puppy hair. I am now letting everyone grow back out except for Murfee...he just looks too cute in a puppy cut! |

| The boys will get their puppy cut for summer & winter I let them grow longer. Sophie is proving to have hair like Keegans so she'll get a puppy cut too....PLUS she is a stick magnet. |

| I also do a puppy cut for summer, then grow it out for winter. But I don't do a show length coat. It's beautiful, but I find with two messy boys, it's just not practical for us.

| I love the puppy but also love the yorkie coat. I think that we'll do short for spring/summer and leave it to grow out for winter. We boat alot in summer so it is definitely easier to take care of. Hot Rod has beautiful silky shiny hair but it is thin. Maggie's hair is a bit more luxurious. Maggie is only 10 mos so I don't know what her full coat will look like but am very curious for when it does grow in.

| My JD always has show cut, he gets his bath every two weeks with flea tick shampoo and cream rinse, probably spend one hour on it.. he'd probably look silly in short cut has long legs!!

| I picked puppy cut- Layla has a cotton coat and we have tried twice to grow it out but the time we spend taking out mats- it's just not worth it But we do admire those that are in full coats! |

| LOL....I had a multi choice answer.. Barney--I chose the in between coat....I love his hair...and can not imagine him w/o it but it is such a hassle keeping long.... Belle--I chose the short puppy cust...She has the prettiest coat but it is a cotton (I think)...It is soooo thick and for both our sakes we keep it short... Bevo--Haven't decided yet...He is only 6 months and it is in a sort of between length...It is sooo soft and silky but sooo thin and fine....Will have to see what he ends up with... Joyce
