Do You Put Clothes on Your Yorkie Hello everyone, I was curious as to how many people dress up their dogs. If you do put clothes on your dog please post a pic and what your dogs wardrobe consists of. Thanks |

4 Attachment(s) Yes I dress my dogs. They have quite a few clothes. They have dresses (Lacy not Rylie), Vests (Rylie), shirts, tanks, sweaters, nighties, PJs, hoodies, coats, etc. Lacy even has a bikini LOL. We also have collars, sunglasses and a ton of bows. Here are a few pictures of their closet and one of both of them in an outfit |

Walker HATES it when I dress him up but I'm not giving up! Yorkies look just totally adorable in dresses and t-shirts etc....I guess, eventually he'll get used to them. ;) |
1 Attachment(s) I don't generally dress Hiro at all - unless it's cold or raining outside. I can't seem to find much that fits him well... he must be shaped weird. I DID make this the other day though. Got the pattern off the internet somewhere and made it to fit him. Also added his initial to it. |
my dog dosn't like wearing clothes but i leave his harnesh on i seen now they make the harnesh like a clothing so maybe i will get him that i want to dress up my new pup once i get her but we will see how she takes with it i dont know how much i would get her but i think it is cute :) |

I only use sweater on my furbaby when it's bitter cold out. I couldn't imagine not putting a sweater on her and making her go out to do her business in frigid weather. |
I voted no because while they have a ton of things I don't know the last time they wore anything. I'm actually thinking of getting rid of most of it. |
1 Attachment(s) Gucci has learned to be sweet while getting dressed to go outdoors - he gets cold, even here in the South. He's also been know to dress in his formal wear on occasion! Here he is with my daughter on New Year's Eve in his tux! |

I do put a sweater or a coat on Abby when I take her out. In Illinois the winters can be nasty and I wouldn't think of taking her out "naked". I am on the hunt for a raincoat for her.:) |
Chloe wears a coat when I take her outside and pj 's at night . She will occasionally wear a sweater or dress. She doesn't like being dressed up ....I am trying to get her more use to clothes , but for now she's not a big fan of them. I see so many cute things I would love to buy for her so I am hoping she will learn to like it. :) |
Harley wears clothes in the winter to keep warm. He prefers sleeveless. He occasionally dresses up for special occasions. He also has a vest/harness for walks and quite a few "man bows." |

Bella runs away when i go into her closet.. and everytime i put an outfit on her she will go pout for a little bit. But she eventally gets over it! lol you gotta get them used to it.. if you go all a dog's life and THEN when they are grown you try to put clothes on them, they probably won't like it.:) Bella has waaayy too many clothes... so spoiled!!! |
4 Attachment(s) Thank goodness my little one doesn't mind wearing clothes...because I just can't stop buying little dresses and shirts for her. She also has a lot of sweaters and coats for the cold winters here in Ohio. I have been dressing her since she was about 8 weeks...so I guess she has just given up on me letting her be naked :rolleyes: lol. I'm a college student so right now Bella Bean's clothes are folded up neatly in pink and purple sparkle organizers. But over the summer I plan to decorate a child's size armoire for her. :) |
Of course she wears clothes!!!LOL She only likes to be naked when she goes swimming in the pool unless you count her little life jacket as clothing. |

I do I dress my furbabies...they only have 1 outfit a piece and I've had them for two years, shamefull I know but my husband is a hard a** for money :mad: so I can't spoil them the way I would like to, but if I could I would.:rolleyes: |
Lola has a few clothes and even her own small closet that my hubby and I made for her. I don't have any pics up loaded though. She even has hangers that are in the shape of a dog's head! lol However, she hates it when I dress her. It's like clothes are her mortal enemy. I think I'm going to just keep at it until she gets use to the idea. :) |

i just got a baby girl furbabie so im lookin forward to dressing her i also will get bingo a sweater but he dont like clothes.. everyones dressed babys look gorgeous |
