I chose #1..I LOVE to have fun and laugh! I have been told I have a bubbly personality...I joke around a lot with people (I know when not to also) and I think it's harder to joke with people on line...Things typed can be taken out of context.

i like this post, and all the answers. i think most of us that like being online do it because it's such an easy medium to be social. anyone answering this post shows that they're just honest, normal people, who like to be online.

character-wise, i'm pretty much the same- conservative, and try to speak my mind as much as possible without causing arguements. i love words, and so typing and being online is exciting for me... to choose the right words, to be able to backspace, lol. backspace, and DELETE are such powerful tools! i truly wish we had that in real life. our mouths are so dangerous. and i'm soooo thankful for censoring on the boards.. i like for everyone to keep it clean.

i think i'm broader in person... i have a few different boards, and blogs, and each has a theme, so i'll talk about that one aspect of my life more in each one. like this board, of course is for me to come and see yorkies and learn about them, and get advice about charlie. but our lives are much broader than that... with our families, work, children, church, social lives.

I think I am pretty much the same online....I am always trying to be nice and helpful (just as in real life) and I am pretty open (once you get to know me)...just like in real life. I don't think I have ever said or have done anything online that I wouldn't have in real life....as I know (and hope) that I will one day meet some of you....and therefore, I am always myself. Although....I find that I try to be more proper and intelligent while I am online! :biggrin:

Sadly I think I'm more comfortable communicating online, but I'm working on becoming a more open person. I'm definitely try, but have gotten better. I'm really starting to open up more to people.

I think I'm a better person online. I have more patience. My goal, usually ;), is to be nice and have fun. Plus, online gives you more time to think, and I'm probably funnier because of it. In real life, that's not always the case. I can be serious. I'm no stick-in-the-mud, but I don't always open up as I might with the anonymity of the Internet.

I am definitely a more fun person offline. I'm always more serious talking about my baby on here!!!
