Mine do . Its much easier that way to brush and comb also cutting the nails is a dream come true .

It took awhile but once she trusted us she rolled over for belly rubs.

When we brought Beatrice home she wouldn't lay on her back on her own or if we'd try to put her on her back.I guess it was just a trust issue, because now when she's laying in bed or on the couch with us it's not long before she flips over and wants her tummy rubbed.
As far as placing her on her back to be brushed it took a few tries, she'd fight it at first and eventually she gave in and now she seems to enjoy it.She actually closes her eyes and falls asleep.

My Baxter absolutely will not lay on his back for anything. But Bernie on the other hand lays on his back all the time. When he wants his tummy rubbed, which is all the time, he will come up to you and roll over on his back with his paws in the air. He's a mess! I think he knows he's cute.

Shadow loves to be on his back. It's easier to brush his belly and feet too!!!!

If you say "I love you" to Winston he'll lay down and roll over...all belly up...I guess it's his way of saying "I love you too"!!!

Thanks, it really is cute and he's been doing it for a long time...I can't remember when he didn't.

Chloe will if I am holding her on my lap and rubbing her belly or combing her , sometimes she is more compliant than others .She wont if she is on the floor and I try it. Sydney on the other hand lives on her back ....she should have a sign " will work for belly scratches" around her neck. As soon as she sees me she rolls over for a scratch . It's hard to keep her on four legs most of the time :)

Bree will lay on her back for a belly rub and if you make her wait to long she starts to bark.
