Does your Yorkie dig? From all the reading I have done- Yorkies are diggers. But after this weekend- I think Layla is lacking in the digging- her lab friend did ALL the digging and Layla did the retrieving :p the only time i've seen Layla attempt to dig is when she is trying to fix her bed just the way she wants it- So- Does your Yorkie dig? Gracie digs to loosen the bedding so she can crawl under the blankets. Holly digs at the bedding for the heck of it.:D |
Walker digs, digs and then digs some more!:) Indoors, in the sheets and under my comforter. Outside, I don't even know what he digs for:eek: His favorite place to dig is on the beach though. We live on a lake and have a sandy beach front. He can entertain himself for hours digging in the sand for rocks. Then the rocks sink deeper and he keeps digging! It's a blast to watch! |

2 out of the 3 dig My male Artie has no interest what so ever in being a dog or doing any Dog activities like digging he acts more like a Cat than a Dog. Abigail will dig and hide Treats in the Couch and Bedding and outdoors she will dig in the dirt and eat it. Pom Pom will dig at cushions when I hide her Toys under them and outdoors will dig dirt too but they both really go crazy at the Beach especially when they see the sand moving or any little critters moving around. If I catch them I make them stop but sometimes it's so funny to watch so I don't make too much of an effort. |
My little ones only dig in sheets, towels or bedding ;) Never ever outside, not once. |

Kaylah does the same...digs in sheets or whenever she chooses to lie down at the time. She makes her bedding nice and fluffy and leaves out an opening for her to crawl in if she gets cold. |
I know he likes to dig and "bury" things in the house using imaginary dirt, but I don't think he's ever been outside long enough to dig anything out there. Usually we're doing something like taking a walk or playing ball or chase, so he may not have had a chance. |
Lily LIKES to dig and will do it inside and out, but she doesn't fly outside just to dig a hole. I think it's more like she'll dig if she's in the mood for it or if something catches her nose's attention. :rolleyes: We went to the beach last weekend though and she REALLY dug there... sand flying everywhere, and she even got her back feet into it too. HILARIOUS!!!! |
Dig dig dig! Cookie will dig around to make herself comfortable to sleep, but outside she digs in this ONE spot in this SAME hole! Grrr! I always tell her no, and to stop digging.. I wonder what makes her dig in the same spot!:confused: |
Lilly's always dug on EVERYTHING! She digs on her blankets, her toys, her bed, her pillows, my pillow, her daddy's pillow, the couch, my bed and last but certainly not least MY FACE AND HEAD EVERY SINGLE MORNING!:rolleyes: |

I have one who does and one who doesn't. Max only does it to make his bed, and Madison digs outside like CRAZY! It's kind of funny to watch him; it's like he's digging a tunnel somewhere. We have sand, so it's very easy for him to dig a pretty deep hole in a short amount of time, and he comes back in all full of sand:rolleyes:. |

cali likes to dig. . . the back of my head if i hit snooze too many times in the morning her daddy's belly her spot on the bed before she lays down in the sand @ the beach we don't mind the bed & beach, but our body parts we say no thank you baby girl! :D |

Hot Rod dug a hole into a pillow case protector! He tried to dig in the yard once but I stopped him cause daddy would have been very upset if he came home to a big hole in his lawn. We have a lot of those siquishy pillows and he just digs and digs and digs into them. |
Destiny doesn't dig outside but digs inside all the time at beds, sheets, blankets and her toys!! She could dig all day at her toys if you let her. She tries to get the squeaker in the toys so she will dig forever at the toy trying to get it, lol. It is so funny to watch!! |
