Why is the first one so big and the other three so tiny? And no longer a member, what happened? |

4 Attachment(s) Eggs and bacon. Bacon was compressed pork belly with a poached egg. Chimichurri hollandaise on top with micro arugula. Brioche bread on bottom plus some type of slightly sweet jam or something made it nice with all the richness. 1 Attachment(s) We also had an ahi tartare but no pic of it since we got there late and our table mates already started on it. I couldn't even finish the short rib I was so full, but soft chocolate chip cookies with sea salt came out so I had to have one. I'm not even really into sweets but I love salt with sweet. It was a lot of fun. Hopefully I'll be invited to another soon. There is a party in Oct at the Shelby museum. I love vintage Mustangs. My first car was a 67 mustang. |

What's great is at these Yelp events, I have made friends with the professional photographer, and he doesn't SEEM to mind me bombarding him with questions every time I see him. He's there to work LOL. But usually after the events when people are mingling and he's pretty much done with the pics I go show him some of my pics. He told me my pics would be better with a lower F stop, then he looked at my lens (still the kit) and he's like, oh that's the lowest. LOL I may treat myself to a prime lens after halloween, which is when I make some extra money doing my costume stuff. |

Yeah no flash. I really try to avoid it now. It's too harsh. Plus the flash isn't really needed. The forest area was much darker than the mini golf area. But once I resize them down to fit on YT it does get noticeably fuzzier. When I view the pics on the camera's screen they actually look 3D! I wonder why that is? It's only happened with these Halloween pics and not before. I thought it was my astigmatism but bf said he can see it too. |
