Name Brand Deli cold cut Meats and Cheeses (( no comments from the peanut gallery )) Do you pay the extra for quality cold cuts and cheeses and mustards/ sauces?? Or do you go with the sales / what ever is cheapest? I can tell a difference up to a point. When I am ordering a Publix sub, I have so many VEGGIES on it that the premium meats and cheeses get a little lost. But if I will be eating the items" less adorned"......It HAS to be Boar's Head  |
What??! No comments? ok, I'll be good! I would pay extra for better quality. :). However, we are VERY limited in my area! :p |

IDK what premium brands are available around here...we only have Walmart and one regional grocery chain store in our town....I would probably have to drive to Knoxville to find Boar's Head or anything close to that kind of quality. |

Boars Head Cajun Turkey,...cut on #1 slice....HEB Jalapino Pepper Jack cheese, cut on #2! Pile it up on an Onion roll, made fresh in the deli that day.... STACKERS bread and butter pickle slice, mustard potato salad on the side, tall glass of ice cold milk......PINCH ME!!! HAVE I DIED AND GONE TO HEAVEN??????? |
When it comes to turkey I love Dietz Watson Gourmet Lite Turkey Breast. It's so good and really healthy. It's great in salads. Ham... I lke anything as long as it looks good and isn't too fatty but my favorite is any kind of honey or maple ham. I usually get the Kroger Private Selection sliced extra thin. Now I want a sandwich..... |
