Chicken, rice, sweet potato, green beans, peas, carrots + sweetcorn

Yes, I've had it. I don't really order it often though. A little too um, unhealthy, and as far as Mexican goes, I'm already pushing it.

Sweet Tomatoes is a salad bar restaurant here. But I LOVE tomatoes!

I'm really surprised at how many people hate tomatoes. I heard from Melinda Lee and also read on a few food blogs before that tomatoes really shouldn't be bought or eaten fresh outside of summer and should be grown locally, bc the real tomato-y flavor won't be there. Just kind of bland, and that's why so many people say they hate them. But bc they are so readily available year round, they are always on our burgers, salads, etc. they are just imported in.
