i love kim chee so it's only a step up with the poke in it. i like octopus too so i'd prob be fine with the whole mix.

Yes, but I'm not a big fan of octopus, the suction cups freak me out. I like ahi poke better.

They steam cook the head and the meat is mostly from the cheeks and face. It is so tender. Even moreso than lengua. It is not brains, that is sesos. After the mad cow scare its impossible to find sesos in so Cal now that I actually want to try it. Even though the mad cow disease was from a different type of cow entirely. A gf in SF says they have it up there in the bay area.

Well, its getting cooler so I went on a hunt for caramel apples and found them! Had one of those then Papa John's pizza, bread sticks, and cinnamon pie or whatever they call it. Then got hungry again and had another apple.... dang those apples!

I LOVE caramel apples! :p It is becoming that season, isn't it? Have you ever tried Mrs. Prindables? YUM. :)
