Teaspoon of black raspberry ice cream |
Vanilla healthy shake. Blah! VENT: Yesterday I went out to pick up a few things and stopped by Whataburger, ordered a chicken patty melt sand with everything on it before my week of austerity eating getting ready for the Christmas pigout and waited in the drive-thru line to pay(it was hot with the sun streaming through the windows of the truck), I was tired and got to the window and when I handed them my Discover card, the lady said "Cash only". I questioned and with no explanation at all the woman just said "Oh, we're cash only today". No sign was posted that I saw and the order taker never told me a word about that, nothing posted on the menu to warn customers - or I would have just driven away! I had only a little cash with me, didn't want to spend it there so had to tell her I didn't want to spend my cash and leave hungry, smelling all that lovely junkfood smell in the air for the next 2 miles! Came home and ate healthy stuff. Yuck. |
Banana, raspberry, vanilla bean yogurt shake with added milk. |
Butterfinger miniature :p |
Arbys beef and cheddar and jamoca shake |
Had to stop on the way to the dentist and get two chocolate chip cookies to take my antibiotics with, darn it, since I have to take them with food and of course had to brush my teeth as soon as I got there! I did only eat 2/3 of one so tonight - MIDNIGHT SNACK!!! |
Ooey gooey chocolate chip cookie and milk. I can die happy. |
Oooo sounds so good Nothing. I am hungry |
Full English breakfast - without the black pudding....;) It was very scrummy and I'm very full up!! :D |
If I had died after my midnight snack, I would have gone out happy. But I didn't so woke up starving and wanting lots of coffee. Had cereal with Vanilla Silk and coffee - maybe 2 - 3 cups so far, sweetened with one real sugar and creamer. Mmmmm. |
I don't know Jeanie....you and Tibbe and your dentals, you poor things....hope you're both ok now? :) Plus, I hate to ask you this....but what is 'creamer' please? xxx |

Yeah, creamer is just a word for other brands of the same or similar things in Coffee-Mate. Got one of my plain, non-flavored creamers out to look at the ingredients. Yikes! For 10 calories a teaspoon you get: Corn syrup solids, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, sodium caseinate(a milk derivative[?!?]), dipotassium phosphate, mono- and diglycerides, sugar, lactylated monoglycerides, silicon dioxide, sodium stearoyl, lactylate carrageenan, soy lecithin, artificial flavor, artificial color. I may have misspelled some of the above due to my eyes since the printing is in blue and tiny but that's my best representation of what I put in my coffee when I have creamer. Probably going to drive Spellcheck over the edge! I didn't know there was milk derivative. Wonder what that means? What part of the milk to they derive, I wonder???? Imagine, working that hard to dry out milk to powder or boil it and grab the steam or who knows how they do it? But all that work to get out part of the milk to go in this stuff!!! Feeling a little queasy now. Sounds like I'm drinking Strontium-90 or something in my coffee!:( |
An obscene amount of organic red seedless grapes out of the Costco container that could double as an Elvis bed. |

A McRib |
A few more spoonfulls of chicken soup, half a salami sandwhich, a couple dilly beans, tea, the rest of my raspberry banana vanilla yogurt smoothie, and a peice of chocolate out of my christmas chocolates box |
Disgusting! Had a piece of chilled Pumpkin Pie for breakfast with lots of hot coffee. It was to die for!!! One of my greatest loves of the holidays is to have cold Pumpkin Pie for at least one breakfast. |
I had some green beans and potatoes :) sooo good |
More Christmas chocolate...I'm going to have to order Brazilian Butt Lift |
Sent most of the Christmas fudge home with Danny but I have one fabulous piece left. I am trying to decide whether to eat it tonight or wait. This was the fudge I bought that was a bit dry and I mixed dark rum, vanilla extract and a little water and poured some into the same container with the fudge. It soaked it up, became so flavorful and rich and moist that my son raved over it. (It is really good!) He was delighted when he got home and found I'd sent all but one piece home with him. Now I kinda wish I had two pieces left! |
Chicken, bacon and creamed leek pie with roasted 'new' potatoes and veggies yum! :) x |
