hey!
well i just got a baby girl yorkie! her name is Roxy mahiah, and shes the love of my life!!!!! anyways shes getting kinda lonley, she trys to play w/ our kitties but they hiss at her and don't play w/ her. so i was thinking that in august all the people w/ yorkies in washington would get together and just hang out!!! tell me what u think!!

I just nottived you are exactly one year older to the day than my daughter, she was born in '92!

Congratulations on your new baby, Roxy!!! How exciting. Be sure to talk to your vet about when to start socializing your Roxy with other dogs and having vaccinations. I know I waited for Bella to have some shots first before I introduced her to parks and new dogs, I didn't want her to pick up any viruses that could make her sick. Also, have you been to the website www.meetup.com? If not go there and then type in yorkies. You will find a local meetup in your city/area.

I think a WA meet up would be fun, too! Welcome to yorkietalk!

I would love to join you but my Gracie just won't be old enough by then. I fear it may be too hot to bring her and keep her in a carrier. Please post info about any meet-ups in mid October or after, as she will have had her 16-week shots by then.
