| Don't you think that it is so neat that calicos are only females. |

Luckily though, she just looked at it for awhile. Weird isn't? I once had someone explain it to me.. something about a surpressed gene or something.. they completely lost me though, haha.

| Just checking to see how Gloria is doing with the Beta . They are fighting fish so it could probably hold it's own against a kitty. Fishbowl - home turf - got the advantage . Seriously, hope they are both doing fine.

She would much rather chase the dogs around, which is does nonstop from about (literally) noon to 4 am, if I let them.

| Sounds like she has made herself right to home and considers herself Queen of the Mountain .

| Congrats on your new addition. I think she's a cute little thing. She's just like my next-door neghbour's kitty cat. Her name is Basy and if there's something special about her, I'd say it's that she fell off her apartment 5 times during her first thirteen months of life. She just went crazy whenever she saw a bird and apparentely it did not occur to her she was not exactly like them . We live on the fifth floor and Basy never harmed herself except last time when she broke her jaw and two toes. She never fell out of the window again. Clever gal isn't she? Another thing about her is she and my younger Yorkie get along so well. Rubi, my yorkie, just loves her better than my own cat. |

Her hopping around is, honestly, THE WORST.. especially when it's at (literally) 4 am. I love her to death, and I would never get rid of her but.. I SO PREFER DOGS.

And boy do I hear ya on the 4 a.m. thing Our cat is SO LOUD at night...the big fatty OPENS DOORS. He is always walking around the house at night meowing and getting into things He will also climb in between the blinds and the windows so that he can lay on the window ledge...so I am constantly hearing my blinds slam back and forth up against the windows at night Darn cat! lol..I am with you though - I MUCH prefer dogs over cats! I'd never get rid of my Brinkley either (we've had him for around 5 years) but MAN...cats are just soo different than dogs...not to mention THE LITTER BOX - ahhhhh!!
