That reminds me - once I was telling my sister I was getting brain freeze cause I was drinking a shake but instead I told her I was getting freezer burn!

we were supposed to get those storms today and got lucky.... it bypassed our area except for some wind and clouds... good thing, we dont need the rainright now....

Hi to you! One of my pups is lying so close to my arm it's making even harder to type. I left e-mail and phone messages...

Reminds me instead of saying someone is a pack rat for keeping everything I say rat pack...........

I get really frustrated when I hear stories like this. We could bombard them with emails for you if you think that might get someone's attention.

When we adopted Bernie I contacted half-dozen rescues...I only ever heard back from one.

Good luck, you're a wonderful person wanting to give that little one a loving home!

Well, I listend to the 5:00 news and it was suppose to bypass us too. Then listened to the 10:00 news and it is suppose to hit in the middle of the night! I don't mind the rain, lightning but its tornadoes that scare me. Never been in one but see the after affects of one that passes through!

Ack! I keep getting kicked off too! Then when I get back there's been like 10-12 posts, and until I get caught up....it's a viscious cycle

Guess not else much you can do. I think sometimes when they run into a really sweet pup, someone from the rescue decides to keep the pup for themselves. But maybe too, they have a lot of requests. I'd just keep inquiring of them about her.
