My wing is killing me tonight. Too long at the computer at work today I think. I should go heat up My rice sock and see if it helps.

yes I had to take a muscle relaxer earlier I had a spasm going on.

I bought a recumbant stationary bike on sale Tuesday. I need somethng to help get the strength back in my legs from some health problems. it's getting a little scary for me to walk so the doctor recommended this. I'm willing to try anything 'cause I am trying really hard to stay out of a wheel chair.

I head that. Two inches tomorrow and then more on Saturday. But I don't think it will be a blizzard when it comes to us. We are supposed to get quite a bit of snow though. Weird. Finally it warms up to the 30s and then we can't do anythng cause it snows to beat the band!

aww Yes I understand. I hope it works for you. water arobics might help too. Shoot I have a really nice one sitting out in my garage I don't have room in the house for it.

we got to 55 yesterday. it is to thunderstorm on saturday and then turn to snow and get 6-12 inches with wind to mix it up
