hi ladies, well teri, I took my camera today and went to take pics and it said memory full...I thought what the heck, it deletes them all when i put them on the computer, so ok, I opened it up to clean off the disk and omg I left the disk in the computer, I was so mad.....the kids had so much fun and I got no pics!! and I am a camera freak...any way here is a link of where we were all day...they were climbing on the rocks and lovin it, even my 6 year old climbed like a pro

no pics booo hoo

I told them we will go back next weekend and do it again with camera and disk! lol

it is a great place, , it was so much fun and the kids had a ball
they do have alot of hiking trails.

Hey a friend told me last night about a pain patch that takes the edge off of pain in a particular spot. It's OTC so no prescription.

It's called Tiger Balm and it's available at Walgreens. 5 patches for $6.00 I think it was. They really do help. Don't make it go away but definitely help.

Wow! That looks like a great place! I like the little cabins. I like staying in places like that. Have you ever stayed in one there? The scenery is beautiful!

Who are you telling about these???? Are you using them? Is it a natural remedy? Tiger Balm is an herb or something , isn't it?
