Ada (Abbie's mom) started a cute little thread awhile back for girl and boy yorkies to get together for a Valentines Ball (virtual). It was a Sadie Hawkins kinda thing...

She is doing a ton of work putting all the pics together and preparing a post of "the ball"...

I think the ball began as a joke, and then snowballed into couples, pictures of dresses and tuxedos. Take a look tomorrow night and it should be cute.

I began reading "The Senator's Wife" today, just a few pages into the novel and it should be great. Has anyone seen "Atonement"? I did a few weeks ago and recommend it highly.

Haven't read The Senator's Wife. I see that they are making it into a movie with Jennifer Aniston (2009). Let us know what you think of the book when you are finished.

OK, I'm back.

Had to go straighten out the thread about Maureen's son - people got that all mixed up.

Then I had to post Tink's goose thread.

Then I had to read about what happened with Uncle Charlie and Ginder! Oh, Tink is going to be sooooo disappointed.:( She really wanted to show off for Uncle Charlie (little flirt)!

Then I had to catch up on everything ya'll posted while I was gone.

I like Librarything.com good site.

I read both of those books. I've read both of those but I need to go back and re-read the Senator's Wife. I was reading two other books when I read that one and really didn't do it justice. I should concentrate on it a little better this time. I have to finish the two I'm reading now tho cause they aren't novels and I need a little more concentration for them. I LOVE to read. My friends tease me that there's a book in every pocket!:p
