Hello??? Omega, loved your little yorkie statue! pictured in the other thread!! Cute!!! Gypsy & Me has a female yorkie but she just keeps insisting that it is a boy! Look at her picture she posted.............my oh my! IT'S A GIRL!!!! |
Maybe they don't teach them the difference across the pond! :D |

Now for my scarey evening experience - I decided to put Tink on the lawn for a bit since the weather was so lovely. I clipped the tie out onto her collar and held it firmly so she couldn't get too far from me. She sniffed the grass briefly and took off like a shot and broke the D-ring on her collar (I thought). :eek: I knew it was of no use to try to chase her, she would just run, and I would just fall, so I calmly walked toward where she was sniffing the neighbors steps and just walked around following her until she finally came to me. I grabbed her up and discovered that I had clipped the tie out to her little bell ring instead of the D-ring! Imagine!!!:eek: :eek: How foolish! It was twisted and sticking straight out - I'm supprised she didn't cut herself on it. So now I know for certain that I have a runner. I thought she might be one, but you can't tell til' it actually happens. I'm so glad I was able to catch her before she got too far away from me. I would never have been able to run after her. And even though she is a Tinkerbreat, I love her very much and she brings me lots of joy!:) |

Well, little thread, it's night night time. I have to order some shoes for Tink from Kathryn. She's got a great sale goin' and some Tshirts from go.fetch. I'm gonna get them big so they'll fit next winter. At the rate Tinkerbelle is growing, I'd better buy a large and keep my two bedroom apartment instead of downsizing! She's gonna need her own room soon. Chuckle!!:p See ya tomorrow. |

A few years ago when I was living with my ex we had some friends that lived across the road from us and the road was one of the two main ones through our village. One afternoon I'd walked over to see them and one of my cats followed me. Their Rotti saw my cat and started to chase it, Fluffy ran down the drive and out of sight followed closely by Maxi. Next thing as we running after them there was a screech of tyres and an almighty bang... when we got to the road a car had hit Maxi and killed her out right. It was awful, I felt so bad about cuz it was my cat's fault for following me. Accidents can happen so quickly and you rarely get a chance to do anything about them. |
