Glad you're back Morkie4. Omega, call the Dr. and get better or more drugs!! You can't run out or you won't heal properly. If he's any good, he'll help you figure out a solution. Wow, I'm bossy tonight!

Whew, sergeant Tink's Mom is back in town! I'll have you all lining up here in a few minutes. Naw, I don't have time. Gotta get over to my friends.

I'll check-in later tonight and see if anything is going on.
Bye.

Hey do you know how to play games on the computer against other people, like a one on one thing???? I've never done it but at least if you know how you can teach me and make yourself useful................or are games not your thing????

I figured you didn't live in Miami but knew you'd been there if you live in FL!!! I've never played games on line either -- I wouldn't know how to go about it? Gee, do they have solitaire online??? That would kind of defeat the purpose, wouldn't it?

Rainy skies yesterday...........SUNNY & BLUE skies today!! It was so warm out today and sunny and beautiful...........didn't have to get any ice off the windshield or shovel snow off my drive. Nope none of that today!!! Didn't have to bundle up in coats and gloves.........nope nope, none of that!!!

I know!!! You could buy a Biewer female for me and have her delivered. That would keep me busy and totally not bored! Then you would keep busy too, paying her off!!! (told you I was going insane)

Ah, solitaire???? Ah, hmmmm..............yep that would sort of defeat your purpose of ridding yourself of boredom if you play by yourself!

Very funny!!!

Boy, I'll bet a margarita would help me feel better, wouldn't it???
Hey, we got up in the 30's today and there were sounds of dripping icicles. Almost warm enough for shorts!

Did you see this from another thread??

'Okay so a year ago I took ownership of a Yorkie. This was against the wishes of my hubby, and now it's causing major problems. I live in Jax, FL and would like to have a true yorkie lover with experience adopt him. Maybe I wasn't as prepared to own a Yorkie as I thought.

I'll be honest with his god/bad habits as I don't want anyone to think they got something they didn't ask for! So here goes:

Male, 6yrs old, full blooded from champion bloodlines (per previous owner?), have papers on him but at this second dont' know where in the house they are, he was fixed at 1yr old.
*Good with my 5 & 6yr old daughters and other small children who have come to play here.
*Great kibble eater, but won't eat fresh fruits and veggies, tried many times.
*Loves Treats
*Loves to sleep in the girls room, but will roam the house as he can escape from the bed while they are asleep.
*He's a licker, for no reason to me he will sit and lick the couch cushion while he's laying there sometime
*We have a doggie door, he can come and go as he pleases because i'm constantly running errands or volunteering at the kids school, etc.. but he's been having mistakes on the kids room on the carpet, and infront of the doggie door on the hardwood floor, and in the TV room on the hardwood floor.
*He's a barker. This is the MAJOR problem in our house, hubby works different shifts as he drives for UPS and he can never get the house quiet for scrappy barking. He doesn't just sit and bark, but first thing he hears something like a bird or sees a squirel in the backyard out the dog door he goes barking ninety to nothing. The garage door goes up, and he's barking again. Hubby wakes up to go to work and isn't a happy camper, plus major tired. Not good when driving a semi.
*Loves to play ball or tug of war, however when he brings that tiny ball back and drops it at your feet, he backs away but the second he sees you going for it, watch out cause sometimes those tiny little teeth accidently get your fingers.
*Hates to see the kids chasing each other in the house, he will bark at them while they do this.
*Acts like he is attacking the Vacuum? Not sure why, but when ever the vacuum closet is open he will sit and guard it, then if you pull out the vacuum he's chasing and barking, and will grab ahold of the front end and bite at it. I spoke to his 1st owner and they said from a puppy he did this, they nor myself could figure out how to stop it though.
*Loves to ride in the car/truck, if you ask him "want to go" or "get in the truck" he's there before you! Waiting for the split second the door gets opened just a crack!

PLEASE....he needs a good loving home, with an at home mommy who can better understand him. I'm not patient enough most days, and it's not fair to my husband nor my little "Scrappy".... Please PM me for more information.'

Yes, I did and it broke my heart!!! She's had the dog a whole year and is rehoming him. And as far as the "problems" he is having. TIME, PATIENCE and EFFORT could fix every one of those problems. Is "Scrappy" one of her other dogs??? Now I can see where rehoming may be necessary if there are two dogs that are at each other's throats all the time but wow, I was sadden by the story! I honestly doesn't sound like she has invested too much time nor has too much time to invest with this Yorkie boy!
It's just sad!

I was so happy not just for the owners but the sweetheart yorkies. What a scare that must have put into them both! I would rather they steal my jewelry than my furbabies!!! Nice ending to a horrible story!

Gee, thank you. What a tease! I can almost taste it now! ummmmmm. Are you saying that the 30's aren't warm??? It sure is here!

Have you heard of Sam Simon? The are doing a show on him on 60 minutes tonight. He rescues strays and takes them to his 5 acre (i think) home and keeps them and gives them a second chance at life. His place looks incredible! I think I will go and watch it, if you don't mind.... I've never heard of the guy but it looks pretty cool.

see ya later...
