is it on your AC joint I have to have that one done. the recovery is like 6 weeks and no moving your arm for half that.

Well that sounds a bit painful!!!!

How long of a hospital stay involved??? I just had a very simple surgery for removing a mole on my face. Doctor did a great job and it was benign but left a 2 1/2 inch long scar. I am using some scar treatment ointment suggested by a fellow MTer that works in a plastic surgeons office. It's actually coming along pretty good!

If I was you, I sure would get up early and feed my face........especially if you are going to be eatting "hospital" food for a couple of days.

Deb just called. She can't get back from the clinic. The wind has blown in the drive and she can't get out. Good thing for her that the clinic is attached to her house. At least she'll be OK.

Her clinic is on the edge of town and the driveway in is about 1/4 mile. So, she's stuck til they come plow her out. Her and Fred the St. Bernard.

I know with what I am getting done no need to stay. after but I hear it is really painfull.

I'll be fine. I feel pretty good.. I have pillow propping my back so I can post without getting too sore.

Omega and Daisymae06 how long do you have to stay in hospital after your surgeries?

Yes mam, that's what it is. Six weeks of no work and no pay.

I have to figure out how to put harnesses on 3 very wiggely dogs with my left hand to take them outside. There was a big dog in our yard today, so I don't dare let mine run around.

When do you have to have yours? Gee is this a bonding moment for us???

HA! You think they actually let us STAY??? NO way. I'm in at 3:30, surgery at 4:30 and home about 1-2 hours later....

It is my right arm and they wanted me to have it done before december but I want to wait till school gets out.
I go to physical theripy once a week to deal with the pain.
