Well.... actually quite sore.:( All the muscles in my neck and shoulders are aching like crazy. I need to see the chiropracter and get some massaging done.

The shirt is orange. And I think the lettering is black or blue with a little blue and black dog with pigtails!

HAve you tried a rice sock to help with the soreness? It really does help alot!!

LOL. My h actually gave me enough money to go to PT two more times! Isn't that amazing? He doesn't give me money anytime for anything.

We're doing ok. I know I'm probably doing a little too much, but - whatever.:rolleyes:

OK, tell me how long you're supposed to heat it up. You just put rice in any old sock, right?

Yep. A men's tube sock works best. Fill it 2/3 full of rice and then tie off the end tight. heat it for 2 mintues and then put a hand towel or kitchen towel under it and put on the sore place.

Actually yes it will skortch if you heat it too long. After many heatings, it starts to break down and get really crumbly so you have to open the sock and replace the rice.

Ok, I will try that tomorrow. I'm going to bed pretty soon here. I didn't sleep much last night at all. No wonder I'm tired. I forgot that I was up so much last night.

Hmmm I don't know what happened.

My hair is growing back. It doesn't look too awful. I think it will be OK for the wedding. Short - but OK. I still am having some pretty nasty headaches thoughl. I hope they get better soon.
