Hi anyone! Tink won't eat! She finally drank some pedialite a little bit ago. I was getting worried she would get dehydrated. Her mouth probably hurts. Omega, glad you got a good report at the Dr. I agree with daisymae06 - talk to your Dr about PT now. If I didn't have PT I would already be in a wheelchair. They keep me mobile. I love PT! |

He did give me a prescription to go to PT but the unforunate thing is that I have NO money to pay the co - pays while I'm not working. I'm going to call them tomorrow and see if they will hold off on the co-pay till I go back to work and then give me all the info I will need in one appointment. My doc said they will do that (the info) if you tell them the reason... the reason they have you keep going is to keep YOU going - to keep up with your exercises, etc... |

Hello Thread! Anyone watching American Idol? |
Lori - I'm really glad you get a couple days off! Will you be getting paid for those days? How often do you go to PT? Do you just do exercises and stuff or do they use ultrasound or something else. |

I'm not..... I think everyone else ran away... maybe that's what they're doing! |

She does not have an ear infection but like I thought, he said to leave her ears alone since she's not feeling good. He said they should not have taken the tape off. He's not happy with them. He said she has a pretty deep cut in her mouth and that's why she won't eat. It's too late for a stitch but he put her on augmentin and upped her pain meds. He thot the cut was from the tube in her throat - also she can't bark! She just has this raspy sound - like rahrf instead of ARF! Sniff Sniff:( But she's in good spirits and wants to be held alot which I really like! |
OK, everyone left when I came on Hmmmmpf:( :( |

I just found out that my older sons girlfriend lost her grandpa today. He's been sick awhile and she been really depressed about it. I hope she'll do ok. She hasn't been wanting to get out of bed, she's missed some school, she only goes to work cause she works with my son. So, if they can both get the time off they will be going to SD for the funeral. They are totally in love and I really like her a lot. We are so much a like, she could be MY daughter. They want to get married but not now - they can't afford it. |
I think I'm going to take some meds and go to bed.... I've been going around with this dang depression too. I think I will just sleep my troubles away. Tinka is on my lap again with her nose resting on my arm and her head bounces up and down the whole time I'm typing. LOL |

Omega, I'm sorry about your son's girlfriend's grandmother. It's tough to lose those GMas. YOU find something positive in your life to dwell on. Don't you dare go getting depressed on us. No sleeping your way through the ickies - you hear me!! Just get on here and let us help you talk your way up out of the pit! Thinking of you and praying every day that you get better and better. |
I think I'm gonna have to keep Tink in her crate or tied to my leg in the evening. She wants to climb up onto the bed or the chair and jump off. I've caught her twice tonight! |
