I guess there is a clinic not too far away that also closed a few years ago here... I think it was more of one of those rapid care places, not sure honestly.

It's a FQHC, we use a slide fee according to family size and income for those that remain uninsured and we're located in a tiny rural town. So many of our uninsured clients were helped by "Obama Care" and became eligible for Medicaid...that's the problem, the state of Illinois is at least 8 months behind on reimbursements. I know it's complicated...I just pray we can continue helping those that really need it. We offer not only medical but also dental and behavioral health services, all wrapped up in one tiny little clinic which is part of a bigger health network. Struggling...to stay afloat.

Gotcha, so, your billables are paid very late by medicaid, Illinois. That would leave a chasm financially.

What a way to start the first day of Sprung....4 to 6 inches of snow, with freezing rain......March sure is leaving like a lion

It stopped snowing, if this is the end I ended up with 5 inches, Saturday temps supposed to be 50,followed by mid 40's for the rest of the week, means no shoveling should melt woohoo. Just have to see tomorrow what the @$##%& guy left me. Nice to know there is nicer, milder weather else where lol.

We've had some really nice days in the 60's/70's, some much cooler...yet we still have what's left of a mountain of snow, slowly getting smaller...I can actually see my neighbors house now!

Headache, that's a bummer, I use to live on aspirin when I was married, constant headaches, I got divorced, haven't had a headache since lol. Maybe a nice cup of hot tea, and relaxing will help to get rid of it. You're under a lot of stress these days. (((HUGS))) feel better.

Yea, I think it's stress related...or I need my eyes checked.

Yearly eye checks are a must, if your job requires you use computer all day that can wreak havoc on the eyes. Still yearly eye check ups is a must do.
