I must have missed that part. I can't take a 'normal' nap so I sleep real hard for about 15 minutes and I'm wide awake...good thing that's only for naps though...course, that may be my routine at night now too...it's hard to tell with all the hot flashes!

Do you take anything for the hot flashes like soy stuff? There are a million natural things you can take for them.

Yes, those power naps can be very helpful.
It sounds weird, but if you can use a board or something like that and take you power nap with your head slightly lower than your feet, it works wonders!
