Uh oh! Can you get some help for your shoulder? Massage, deep heat, ice? Moist heat really helps me. Don't let it get into your neck again so that you hcan't move your head!

Well the Coworker who is bigger than I is afaid of me LOL I would not do harm to her. So I am going to suck it up and tell her that I am not sorrry I said what I said but will not make work a living hell. I am not sorry so I can not say it.

Well I usally feel better after PT but today it hurts worse. I sure hope it don't go to my neck. I was almost over my fear od sneezing now I be afaid again :eek:

daisymae 06 Do you have a rice sock? It rally helps alot. I have a buckwheat one at home and 3 rice ones I made and took to work.

Take a man's tube sock and fill it about 2/3 rull of plain white rice or brown if you are particular (:rolleyes:). Tie off the end tightly and there you are. To make it easy and so I don't spill the rice 'cause I'; such a klutz, I put the sock inside a LARGE plastic glass and fole the endge down over the glass a couple of inches. Then I pour the rice into the sock. Pull the sock off the glass and Tah Dah! Just tie of off. Put it in the microwave for about 2 min til hot. Wrap it in a hand towel or wash cloth and put around your neck of over your shoulder or wherever the soreness is.

Yeah, the stuff that they sell in the mall kiosks is so expensive, so I came up with that instead and I made them for the people at the nursing home down the road. I write their names on them or paint them, and they love them.

hey! you spanish is not bad at all!Well, a co worker was demoted from her current position. Everybody at work saw that coming, well, to be honest we thought she was going to be fired. I feel bad for her but she that to herself she was being mean to co workers, customers and everybody else. That is stressful b/c I was promoted last week with her same position(that is why I figure something was going to happen) so ,now I'm going to be her boss! that stress me out b/c I know she is not going to take it in a good way. Then I had a customer that since I saw him I knew he was going to try hard to gime hard time, I knew it! he tried real hard to make the transaction miserable to me, but he didn't suceeded, yay! I sent him home with a have a great evening! amd finally, since I had a short shift I wore high heels which I'm not allow by my podiatrist. I have many issues with my feet so I'm not allowed to wear high heels or flats, or shoes with no support, but I wanted to look pretty today and I wore the hhigh heels anyways, my feet are cryinf right now and punishing me with pain!!they hurt a lot.

Pobre chica! Lo ciento! You should lose those high heals in the closet somewhere. Believe me, they are really tough on your feet. I want to wear them so badly, but I can't because my ankles are shot.

Good for you for being kind to the man who was giving you a tuff time. Bet he'll give it a little more thought next time and remember that you were nice to him.

You know I gave away most of my shoes after I had surgery for plantar fascitis and for bunions, It hurt me more that the surgery to give away my shoes. I had a lot but I also know that my feet got messed up for not wearing the right kind of shoes, so I really take care of my feet, like I said I wanted to look pretty today with a nice outfit and pretty shoes:( , but beauty has its price:D and I'm paying it right now:D :D

Whah! After my last back surgery, I gave all my slides and flip flops to my daughter. Everytime I see her wearing them, I want to cry.:D

I'm glad to hear that you are sensible about it and just had a primpy day. We all sure have those and need to have them once i a while. Yes beauty has it's pricem, but sometimes it's so worth it!:)
