yes I need to let it go, and not worry about what they think. If they think it's stupid..that's their problem. . .

Thanks so much for talking Deb and Mandee!! I feel so much better..YT is like medicine.

I have a cold which probably doesn't help me when I get upset with her, because I don't feel good, but I know I have friends here!!

yep. we just have to hope we have instilled good values in them. no matter what, our kids are going to do things we don't like. they are going to try things, experiment, and do things that will make us cringe. but as long as we have done our part to instill those values...they should come out ok. and we, as parents, have to remember that parenting doesn't end at 18. it lasts until the day we die. it's just a different kind of parenting. it's more of the quite type LOL some parents are too mouthy....don't know how to let the kids grow up and make their own lives. but we have to always be there to be "mommy" when we are needed.

hey Alyssa I agree You have to do what you feel is best. You can lead a horse to water but can't make them drink. teach them what you know. If they choose not to listin then so be it.

Thanks!! I got on this morning feeling very down about our conversation yesterday. I got on YT and felt so much better. I just needed some yt medicine.
