Morning all! :rain: Yep...it is just a little overcast today! Last night I thought the house was going to blow off the stilts :eek: really windy...but I loved it!! no rain yet...just wind and overcast today...Bonnie got her first taste of the gulf yesterday...we were getting our feet wet, then my flip flop fell off so i am running after it as it is washing back to sea and I'm dragging her with me on her leash :eek: ds saved the day and got my flip flop back :D Today when we go back on the beach she may not want to go :rolleyes: Y'all have a good day...i'm off over the long long long bridge to restock the fridge and to pick up some movies!! |

Good morning all! (another 30 min it would be afternoon!) Very busy at work. Still feel crummy....it's the antibiotic screwing up my stomach....ok, enough info on that, I'm sure. Hey Rhonda that pinapple walnut cake sounds wonderful, can you get me the recipe? Was going to make comments on other stuff I read, totally drawing a blank. I want to go home and go back to bed. Trying to set up a flight to send ds to NC for a few days. His best, really his only friend moved there a couple of weeks ago and he is so depressed. I can't believe the cost! $400 for a 1 hr and 45 min flight. Then, he is flying alone for the first time so it's another $100 to have him go as an unaccompanied minor. (that way friends mom can pick him up right at the gate) uuuurrrrrrrrrrhhhhhhh! |

Murders rose 4.8 percent, meaning there were more than 16,900 victims in 2005. That would be the most since 1998 and the largest percentage increase in 15 years. Speaking of airfares...one time got a flight on an medical emergency rate. That "emergency" ticket cost me $775. to fly to CT.....the same flight I had taken twice before for $130 round trip. :rolleyes: |
