Hub walked past me on the computer last week and the credit card was sitting on the table. He said "What are you buying now" and I said "My mother's day present" He just kept on walking and said "What'd I get you?" It's how I get my best gifts.

The whole family has been on...Amy, Joey, and Mary Jo....I told ya...their residual checks ran out. Amy had all this plastic surgery so people wouldn't recognize her any more....guess she forgot why she had that surgery. It's like a train wreck, Teri....ya just have to watch.

Ok, this is going sound really b-tchy....I no longer share mother's day with ANY mothers...so now it's MY day, correct? I don't mean do anything fancy or nothing....but the thought would be nice. I do nice on father's day...hmmm, maybe we'll be too busy for father's day.

Saw the movies, read the books....mostly cause I like "true crime"....Amy was not some little innocent, but for the life of me....I can not see the attraction to HIM. He was/is a jerk.

Some times you scare me Deb! I remember after my mom died, every mother's day the thought crosses my mind "The one holiday I don't have to give a second thought to. Everyone gets to pay attention to ME" Hubby actually goes all out for Mother's day. He's been doing that for 14 years. Son is 15. My FIRST Mother's day he forgot to get me anything! He's been making up for it ever since.

OMG...you mean we share the same husband too???? It's not that I care about getting a gift, but he should take them shopping!! My youngest asked what I wanted and I told him a gift certificate for a pedicure...then I proceeded to tell them (Dad included) exactly where to get this....I can guarantee on Sunday morning...he'll say "Sorry I didn't have a chance to go get anything!!" I'll still get my pedicure, but my child won't have anything to give me...ya know what I mean!?! Stoopid Men!!!

Good....I think he should and that is very nice. I should've married your husband.

I am just expecting what is coming...I can almost hear it. He has planned for US to go to his sister's on Saturday and SPEND the night. Was I asked...gee would you like to do something? No, because his mother used to live with his sister so now apparently sister has taken over my mother's day. Sniff...

My husband is not a giving gifts kind of guy. His excuse is that Is " Mother's day" or any holiday for that matter every day. I don't expect much and Im used to it. When he does get me something Im in shocked and I ask him what he wants or what he did, .
