Pork rinds! Feeling sorry for myself because I've been bedridden for a day and had to have injections into hip and back today & now doc says I can sit up for no more than 5 minutes at a time x3 daily and rest in bed for TWO WEEKS so I stopped to grab a few things and in checking out, there were packages of PORK RINDS and didn't seem to have any preservatives or a lot of fat(got to get my glasses on and really read that package over though). I bought a small package! I think I just had my first ever pork rinds and they are good! Crunchy and light. The very idea of eating them in the past was gagging but today, I gave it a shot with a throw caution to the wind attitude. I didn't gag at all. They are very light. I just can't think about what they are or I could have a problem. Has anybody else eaten them more than once? Does the idea of what they are get to your stomach?

I grew up eating them my mom made them homemade so good, i haven't eat any for a long time though :)
