My Phobia is... This should be a fun way to learn more about YT'ers. Hope everyone plays so I don't have to post on "Thread Killer" I have two. The first is Parking Garages:eek: since 911 I can't breath in a parking garage! The second one is Haunted Houses. My birthday is in Oct and My DH surprised me by taking me to the largest haunted house Atlanta. I hyperventilated and that was before I got in the front door!!! what is yours? |
Ok, mine are a little silly but I can not stand antique baby dolls they look possessed. I also hate the old ventriloquist dummies they freak me out. |
I hate frogs with a passion, my younger brothers were always chasing my with them when we were little. I am also afraid of heights, not only looking down from high up, but looking up at a tall building even gives me chills and makes me dizzy |

I have a few My biggest phobia is dry ice . . .we go to Disney World a lot and up until a few years ago I had no problem going into It's Tough To Be A Bug, but one year we happened to be sitting in the middle of the theatre and the part where the "bug spray" is sprayed over the audience, I panicked and couldn't breath . . the dry ice was pouring down on top of me and I thought I was suffocating, literally I freaked out . . .So any ride that has dry ice I avoid now like the plague. I also can't do enclosed spaces . . .we went over to Tom Sawyer's Island and went into the cave and I had to turn around . . . I also am scared to death of bees . . .when I was little we all went to a carnival in town and I was over by the cotton candy booth and I heard this buzz buzz buzz around my ear . . .when I went to go swipe it away that little bugger stung me! I was like 6, but I remember that like it was yesterday. Sometimes I feel like such a woos! |
Mine are caves and dead people. I don't go to hospitals because I am afraid someone might die. I also do not go to funerals or wakes. |
I am terrified of bridges. I have been since I was a little girl, everytime I have to drive over one I tense up:eek: |
I hate cockroaches since I was little... they are disgusting and give me the shivers, but I am not scared of them just grossed out so much I jump hahaha I am scared for my loved ones always!!! And recently my phobia is someone stepping over Samy :2omg: |
I can't have detatched hair on me. LIke, if I'm in the shower and one of my hairs is stuck on my leg or my back, I just freak out! I hate the feeling of a stray hair being on you... it's absolutely disgusting... and it's dead! |

My boys used to put a hand on my leg when we had to drive over bridges... I used to have a thing about elevators too - I'd rather walk as long as it wasn't 30 floors - ok - make it 10 floors - forgot I'm not 20 anymore.... oh who am I kidding - 5 floors |

Clowns. I hate the stray hair too, I freak. Most bugs, especially spiders. Elevators/closed in spaces. I can't deal with dead people either. I always think I see them moving. >.< There's more but I already look neurotic enough. |
I have always been afraid of birds...any kind...chickens included. Also afraid of going over bridges. I have to have someone else drive over them because I close my eyes and tense up. |

I really hate to fly. But, do it anyway since it is the fastest way to get to some fun places. Snakes kind of give me the creeps, too. |
Spiders!!!!!!!!! |
Mine are snakes and we get them in our pool every year. Can't wait to get out of Florida. My other one is draw bridges. I just know they are going to open up when I am on it and we will fall. I know it's silly but I literally have panic attacks going over them. |

my first one is House Centipedes. They absolutely paralyze me. I cannot function when I see one. and death/losing those I love. Whenever I'm faced with that possibility, I have a legitimate panic attack. Many times it is me over reacting, but I can't help it. I should probably be in therapy haha. |
im not afraid of mice snakes ect---but grasshoppers really freak me out--i mean FREAK ME OUT:thumbdown and then theres black ice----a year ago this winter i hit black ice and rolled my truck==im very lucky to be here----but now i have a terric fear of the icey roads---more than ever b4 |
Snakes and narrow bridges. :( |
My fears are the usual, spiders[used to get my mom to remove them but have to do it myself now] moths, because they're nocturnal but the worst is the thought of seeing something horrible happen to my furbutts. I imagine so many bad things that could happen like them getting run over or attacked by another dog or stolen it makes my stomach turn. But I try to put it to the back of my mind when out walking them so they dont pick-up on my fears. |
