You can mix it with water and it makes a paste or you can leave it powdered to sprinkle on ice cream. I also put the chocolate PB powder in my strawberry smoothies...yum!!!

IC that sleeping in must be nice, but i have one little four legged "BRAT" that thinks she is an alarm clock and sounds off at 3:15 every day and again at 4 am

anyone have a problem getting up
