Thanks Betty! Actually, Ginger woke me up at 3:25am and just had to go out. She never does that. Sooooo then I couldn't get back to sleep. I finally layed down at 5:17am but I have to get up at 6:00.

My foot hurts but the shot definitely helped. The foot wasn't keeping me up.

Oh yeah, Ginger went straight back to sleep of course.

The doc did prescribe some meds but I researched them before I took one and it appears to conflict with my other med. I have a call in to him to see if there is something else I can take.

It's always something.

Place wise, in Hawaii staying in the best hotel there with unlimited $$$$$ (a thinner me would be nice too, and now that I think of it, a younger me too)!

I would like to go hiking again. This pic is from 2 weeks ago - we did a short 3 mile hike to a place called Sugarloaf. This is a pic of me and my daughter.
