I ban Mike to remind him that there is only one rule here - ban the person above you - and that's you

I didn't see any rules against small talk - as long as there is banning involved ...
so since you have been banned, what do you want to talk about?

I ban Stacy to give her time to review the 19967 comments on this thread. Somewhere in there, the King (or Dictator) has decreed that no small talk is allowed.

As to what I'd like to talk about, I'd like to talk about the day you returned and were
