If I should fall asleep before it's over we do have a Red Sox fan with us and I must say your team played a great game and Beckett is a marvel but we'll take the next one in Boston;)

Well thank goodness I TIVOd it..lol....gotta give Beckett his dues he pitched one heck of a game. CC on the other hand stunk just like the first game he pitched against the Sox.....I just didn't want to take it back to Boston and win it there - really wanted it here for the fans...hey....alll that matters is that we win and go to the World Series. OK guys - see you all on Saturday night - even though it's Sweetest Day we'll be at home celebrating vs. going out to dinner.

Have a good Friday...yipee....and GO TRIBE!!!! One more!!:animal-pa :D

It was an amazing game and very exciting to watch.

I actually had a little chuckle this morning when I picked up the paper. It read "Beans, We're Back To Boston" :) They do come up with some good ones lately.

C.C. is the main reason we are where we are and I'm glad the fans gave him the ovation they did when in left in was?? it the 6th. It seems in baseball you are only as good as your last pitch and for some reason our best pitcher could not handle all the weight that was put on his shoulders and I really was concerned about that.

My husband, who was born in Ohio and is a Yankee fan ...
is rooting for the Tribe too. Makes for some wonderful and exciting

Good morning TRIBE fans today is the day we finish this thing since I can't take this anymore. Crystal did you see the front page of the PD this morning???..hahaha.

Which of these makes you the most nervous??

a) A black cat crossing our path (then pic of black cat)
b) Shattering a mirror with our expectations (picture of broken mirror)
c) Wearing a World Series T-shirt before its time? (then pic of shirt with Tribe Time on with our logo then World Series 2007 on it)..geez...can't believe that Dick's Sporting Goods and Kohls have these out.:eek:

This stinks, with all our great pitchers we had to start Carmona?? No one else was ready??

If Westbrook pitches tomorrow night I feel secure in that but they are talking about putting Beckett in......again.

ryorkies, congrats again. I know it's not over but I've had it with this game and I'll be in a better mood tomorrow night no matter which way it goes.

Remember we can still do this but not tonight.

I was at Mohegan Sun Celtic's game and did not see the score until it was almost over.

Joan you are a better fan than I am..lol. I couldn't take it - I turned it off with the grand slam in the first inning but my husband held in there until 4th and then he changed channels. Oh well.....we have one more chance but like I said I wanted them to finish in Cleveland cause I knew if they went back to Bean Town it was going to be tough. I know I won't watch the entire game tonight since it's 8:30 again and work tomorrow.

Not giving up yet....GO TRIBE!!!!

Cyndi, I know the feeling is so desperate right now. Today's paper said they sent Westbrook to the hotel in the 7th to rest for tomorrow and the writer said he hoped that someone shot the screen in his tv so he couldn't watch the rest of it knowing he had to pitch the next day. 12-2, it was demoralizing.

I had plans to go out to dinner tonight that will really be hard to get out of so I am going to go. I should be back about 9:30 or 10:00 so I'll check in with you then.

Hi Gina, just logged off and saw your post and have just have a moment to explain the absolute mess....take that back you don't want to know. Just give you the score last night Red Sox 12-2:D We have now won 3 games and they have won 3 games and tonight is the last. Keep that signature for at least another day and thanks for rooting for the Indians.

If they lose, I'm sticking to shopping:)

LOL, OK so tonights the last game. I'll check and see what time it's on.
We are having a house full today, for a birthday not football;) It's the Chargers week off.
I'm sure if this is the last game the guys will put it on anyway;)

Gina the show starts at 8pm but the actual game at 8:30. I meant to copy and paste a link on here for you in case you can't get the game. This way you can do other things and still know the score.

Well that's it guys. I would like to offerCongratulations to the Cleveland Indians who played their heart out and the score 11-2 was not typical of their play during most of the game. The last two innings they fell apart.



Also Congratulations to all are members who are Red Sox fans and mostly ryorkies who joined us here

and thanks all of you for the fun. The Happy Train is not so happy now.
