I get to work late again tonight........however, my department head asked if I would stay over 2 hours last night so he could go home to celebrate his daughter's 7th birthday. I'm a sucker for kids birthdays so of course I stayed and drug myself home, exhausted and even more exhausted this morning but the energy will return when the game starts. At least I will be home before the game is over and will get to see the end of the game.........when the Indians win! Starting today, we at Home Depot in Salem will be dressed in Indians garb supporting the Indians throughout the weekend.

;) OMG guys - I'm so tired today - work has been killing me and then these late-night ball games....I'll watch it and see how long my eyes last..lol. I'll TIVO just in case.:eek: Or - what I might do is stop at Starbucks and get myself a Vente quad cap!! That'll keep me up for hours for sure.;)

I can see no one is ready to board the train yet but they will be in about two hours. Woo Hoo!! I can cross my worry about rain, I don't think that will be a problem...hope a hope!!

I think the rain will hold off. I'm downtown now, and it looks okay. So, don't worry about the rain.:)

CC will be on his game tonight. Martinez said he's going to keep an eye on him. So, don't worry about CC.:)

Beckett.....ok, he's someone to contend with. But, there's always relief pitching. We might see a pitcher's dual until time to go to the bullpen. So, relax.:)

We ARE going to win this! Even if we don't win tonight (which I think we will), we WILL win it! And, this time next week, we will be in the World Series.:) :)

O.K. now I don't have to worry about rain or C.C. good. I can handle worrying about Beckett. I have no doubt we'll be in the W.S. just tonight has got me in a tizzy. Thanks for easing my worries. See you all later.

I totally understand! I have been nervous all day, but I just have a good feeling about it. I can't wait for the game to start! I've been keeping myself very busy all day just to pass the time lol

Cyndi, I'm a wreck. We're getting your favorite coffee house in Jan. or Feb so that doesn't do me one bit of good. Glad you got your super cup. When I get one at the mall I can't sleep for a week and it makes my hair stand up straight:)

OMG the news is talking about how great Beckett is......call in the BUGS:)

Man, I hate when the game starts later. I'm at work and have my radio on, my Pepsi and I'm ready!!! We get to leave early since downtown is so crazy. They don't want us stuck in the parking garage forever waiting to get out. I actually wouldn't mind staying down here though. It's fun to watch the fans go crazy and have fun!:)

Yeah, I've always been a huge Manny fan, but I'm pretty ticked off at him! He said "who cares, there's always next year"......WE CARE!!!! And, I don't like him showboating around the bases. He should have been ejected tonight. He's not being Manny anymore, he's being an ass.:mad:

Guys - I don't think I'm going to make it to the end of this game...my eyes are getting droopy (been a long week at work) so I think the TIVO is going on soon. Please have them take CC out - so that when I wake up in the morning - I can watch the celebration....;) :eek:

I am soooo glad he is no longer with the Indians! We don;t need an idiot like that!
