you know summers over when.... The pool cover is on.... The sweatshirts come out.... I'm wearing socks to bed... The windows are closed at night... I'm not ready for winter yet :cry: ...... |
i know what you mean... winter jackets, gloves, getting up earlier to dress the kid in layers of clothes. and those pesky spiders are trying to get in my house !!!!!!! i hate spiders especially those big ones "we call them in PA wolf spiders" there huge.... |

I am ready for cooler weather, cool nights, warm days, and all the dang bugs to leave, it's almost pumkin time too. I have notice a lot spiders down here and the oak leaves are started to fall... It's has been really nice down here the last week, the AC still has to run but the huminty has been low, thats all about to change we have a tropical system rolling in this weekend , back to the arm pit weather. I am so ready for FALL......:) :) :) :) |

We don't really have much of a winter here. I do like the first few weeks of october when there is a chill in the air, the fair comes to town, and I don't sweat to death watching football games. |
I've noticed that it's a bit cooler in the mornings here in Texas - but summer is DEFINITELY NOT OVER YET! We can't complain though, we had an extrememly mild summer. |

I'm not excited for winter, but I'm super excited for fall! I decorated my house the first week in September because I couldn't wait!! :) I love the cool weather, and wearing sweaters and sweatshirts and pumpkins, and sleeping with the windows open burried under the covers, aaawe! I am waiting to go to this Pumpkin Patch place, and they open next weekend and I am just so excited for it! |

I've noticed cause..I had to dig my comforter out.. close the windows some nights, turn the fan off some nights. AND it's DARK by 8pm :mad: And I hate getting out of bed when it's cold in the morning.. it's so hard when your bed is all warm and toasty. |

Oh me either! the days are already so much shorter the nights are much cooler I put away my summer sandals and took out my fall/winter shoes Im wearing more sleeves than tanks now its soooo sad... every year at this time I feel like I go through a serious bout of depression! I mean I love the fall and things that come with it... but I DESPISE winter and snow and driving in it and having to leave in the morning for work in negative temps... and being at the mercy of my stupid condos plowing company! UUUGGGHHHHH |

You know it's winter here when you gather up all the umbrellas. (like I did this morning) It's earlier than normal to have rain this time of year, but it has been forcasted for today and tomorrow. Can't wait to see it. |

Yap, it is coming, :cold smil Winter. Fall is fun because I can pull out all of Sweetie's sweaters and start dressing her up. Last week I started going though "Sweetie's" dresser. I didn't realize she had so many. I'm one who would see a cute coat and buy it. This year we have a new member of the family :Puppy2: "Oliver" he is almost seven months now and I can't wait to dress him up too. Now I have two to shop for!:p |
