Pampered Chef I need your Input I was thinking about becoming a Pamered Chef consultant. I would like to know how many of you guys would order items from me. Before I officially sign up to be one, I need to get an input on future customers. Thanks.. |
I have quite a few things from Pampered Chef and love everything they have. They are well made and serve their function. I'm a gadget queen so I love anything new in that area and love to entertain so again they have great items. Their prices are higher but you get what you pay for....considering I also buy a lot from Williams-Sonoma and Sur La Table - Pampered Chef is just as good. Does Pampered Chef ship right to the customer or would you have to have everything shipped to you and then you ship to us? That's extra work for you and more $$ for your customer...just something to think about. |
It can do both ways. I would prefer to ship it out to the customer right away. |
Sorry for the response earlier I got kicked off and didn't get to finish. I am able to have it shipped to you, or to me. Which ever the customer prefers. Or if you live locally I can deliever or meet you. |
What does Pampered Chef sell? |
|
Then in that case - of course I would buy from you.;) |
Ok. Good:) |
Oh no! This could get me into trouble. LOL :D |
I love Pampered Chef products. I would/will order from your! :D :animal-pa |
If I needed something from Pampered Chef I would rather buy it from someone I "know". And since I don't know anyone local who sells it, I would buy from you. |
Yah, ok I have some "future" customers. I will post a thread when I start selling. :D |
I just got my little information kit yesterday. I'd thought about selling myself. (still haven't decided). I'm worried because the woman I talked to said when you first start they want you to have 4 "parties" in 4 weeks right away to get your training in. I don't know enough people to have 4 parties in 4 weeks. How are you supposed to do that when you are first getting started? |
They lady I talked to said that you don't have to host any parties. That if you do post parties, then you get more because you meet certain incentives. |
I wonder why the lady I talked to told me that because honestly that is making me not want to do it. I mean, I'm not looking to make a career out of it, I just wanted something to do. |
Yeah, same here. I don't know... maybe my lady told me wrong..lol. Uhh Ohh, maybe I will read the info pack. OH, but I did see online that when you sign up you have to tell them your 1st four shows.. I meant to ask her about that. |
Yep, its having to have those first 4 shows so quick that worries me. I just honestly don't know enough people around here. |
Yeah, me either. I know of one that I am going to do, butt 3 more... uhh oh! |
I like pampered chef. I will order from you |
I have ordered a few things from them, some stuff is totally awesome, and other stuff is mediocer (sp?). I do like a lot of their stuff though. |

keep updated! I will have to keep you guys updated on sales they are having!:D |
I really like Pampered Chef products, they are really good quality and I enjoy using them...I would definitely order from you!! |
Usually the types of things you have to sell with parties don't work out quite so well. I know I HATE when I get invited to those type of get togethers. Pampered chef stuff is available on ebay, which makes it pretty easy to get. A lady I knew sold jewelry through parties but eventually stopped. You pretty much know the same people so honestly, how many times can you invite them over and expect them to buy something? It gets awkward. |

Good thanks:)!!! |

You don't invite the same people to your parties, you have parties and tell them to invite friends, then when those friends come and you host another party they will tell more people about it.. so it just gets bigger and bigger. I don't think its awkward at all! What do you mean " Usually the types of things you have to sell with parties don't work out quite so well."? I am sorry that those "things" don't work out for you, but some people enjoy coming to things like that. Pampered Chef has been around for quite a while, and there products are very good, seeing how that back them with lifetime warrenty! |
these things can work for some people!! I know plenty of people that have had success with pampered chef. it's all in what you put into it. and when you have people come to your party that you don't know, that is where you get your new clients from. you try to book a party with someone new at each showing. and you just tell people about it. i don't like mlm and most of the things out there. but i do like pampered chef!! i think they have great products and the shows are always fun because you get free food!!!!!!! LOL I go to them every chance I get...so i am not one of those that will go once and then consider that as my "fill". i will keep going. so don't let anyone bring you down. do what you want...have fun...and be successful in it :) |
