I would have to say, my girls... they are 21 and 16 and are the complete light of my life! I have to say I have raised two beautiful people and I am so proud of the young ladies they haved turned out to be....

my pups also bring so much happiness to me...

Well, for the BEST friend part it would have to be my daughter, Barbi. She is 33 and has moved back home with her two little girls. She has been my bestest friend since forever. We think the same thoughts, sound like each other, finish each others sentences, and most days...even when she was still in high school...we will unknowingly wear the same colors. My next best pal is my hubby of 39 years. He loves me no matter how silly I get, of the dumb things I do and say, and sleeps with me even tho I snore the roof off. Since retirement, we have become even closer.

I guess I am greedy...I picked 4.

1)My husband- he is my best friend. He is my life. He has always been there for me. He took over raising my children and showed them what a real father is. He always has a smile on his face. He very rarely ever tells me no...(how I got 2 yorkies..lol)and when I think of him I always smile.

2)My BGF- She and I have been BF for over 20 years. We went thru messy divorces on both sides. She introduced me to Yorkies. She loves life and makes you want to be a better person.

3)My youngest daughter- We have grown so close over the last 5 years. She is only 18. We see each other daily and talk on the phone constantly. She gave me my first grandchild. She had me in the delivery room with her. The best gift a person could ever receive.

4)My beautiful granddaughter- She will be 10 months this weekend. She makes you feel so glad to be alive. She is always smiling and is so very curious about everything. Life is a new adventure with her.

Very Hard to pick.....So I am breaking it down, but making it simple....

Tannar my 12 year old son~ He is my Hero. He is the only man/male I would give my life for.

Avery my 15 year old daughter~ She is my Best Friend. She (being my first born) Showed me what unconditional love is.

My Dad he always let me win, he let me be whatever I wanted to be, he lets me tell the story however I wanna and NEVER judges me

My Mom I thought parents raised you until you are 18 or 19, she shows me everyday that you NEVER stop raising your children.

My sister all I can say is I truely believe she is the other half of me. We do not have to speak to talk to each other.

aww how sweet of a thread great idea

i pick my husband

when have beenthrough ups and downs headches and surgeries and what most guys would have caved under pressure he came back and did better than me

he works hard and i cry when i think of what he works and does for us and we sometimes dont understans each other and its hard to communicate but that makes that hurdle even better when we conquer it

i loev him to death and haev his back

love this thread though very much

Conner is 8 and is my buddy. He's 3rd grade and loves to play computer games & read to me. I'm teaching him line splicing, to navagate lake charts using longitude & latitude and use a GPS.

OMG that is really beautiful. How nice that you got to see all 3 of them being born. You must be very close to all of them. They sound like they are great grandchildren and very smart:)

i'd pick my bf. we're going on 1.5 years plus a little more:rolleyes: and through all the laughter and all the tears, he has been by my side. i confess i am a spoiled spoiled girl because of my parents and even moreso by him. mocha was my birthday present from him last year after i had looked and whined for a yorkie over a year.
i cried when i got her. so from him and mocha, i stumbled upon the greatest family...all of you at yorkietalk. :)

i don't know where i'd be without him.

Sounds SO much like my husband! He definitely keeps me grounded and lifts me up when I need that also. We never argue either. In fact, in the time we've been together (22 years - married 17 years), I can remember maybe just a handful of "disagreements". Isn't it wonderful to find someone like that to share you life with? :)

Sorry I got a little too emotional in the last post.

My Daughter Sabrina I love her Free Sprit and the way she is so passionate about animals the way I am. She is my everything!
And she really loves her Pixie;) I don't know what I would ever do with out her.
I hope a picture is ok :)
