We have a Yorkie/Maltese hybrid dog, and since it's essentially my fiancee's dog (I bought it, but it likes her better; go figure), I decided to adopt a dog that I could get along with a lot better.

We picked up Charlotte a week ago from the local animal shelter. She's 1 1/2 years old, abandoned for no apparent reason (incredibly sweet and very attached!), and all they know about her is that she has Australian shepherd in her. We want to figure out what else she has. Any ideas?

Im gonna guess Irish setter??? For some reason thats what popped in my head! Oh my gosh THOSE EYES!!!!!! Gorgeous!! SHe looks like she is justthe sweetest thing ever!! Very kind eyes.

Hmmmm....I don't know....but what a cutie-pie!!!

She reminds me alot of my sisters dog they adopted....he is part Australian Shepard and part Setter. They are colored about the same too.....but her eyes....OH my.........beautiful!!!!

I don't know the possible breed....... but those eyes!...how could anyone get mad at those eyes!...What a sweetheart!...That makes me smile knowing someone like you saved her and she's being loved....

She is beautiful and she looks soooo sweet. I would say Irish Setter too.

I immediatly thought collie but definately can see that there could be setter there instead.

Thank you so very much! He makes me laugh everytime I look at his...big ball of goof he is.....

I see spaniel and/or chocolate lab. I don't see the Australian Shepherd??

I love one of a kind mutts, but it is fun to figure out what they are mixed with because it's neat how the different personalities come out.

On the adoption listing, it says the dog is Aussie/border collie. But I'm not familiar with border collies or their personalities, so I wanted to see what people thought. Perhaps she has 3 or 4 different breeds in her.
