You could make a "put the diaper on the baby" game like that... just get a big piece of paper-or cut up a brown paper bag and draw a baby on it. Then cut some paper diapers out of index cards or cardstock, and put some double stick tape on the back. Voila! Put the diaper on the baby game!
A few other games we've played:
-Buy 5-10 jars of baby food. Write down what's in each jar, and number them. Then take off all the labels. At party time, pass each jar around and have the guests write down what they think each baby food is-by tasting or smelling! Whoever gets the most right gets a prize!
-Play baby bingo. Make a 5x5 grid on paper, and copy it off for as many people will be attending. Then, in each box (except the center FREE space) write common items the new mommy might get when she opens her baby gifts. As she gets new things, have the guests cross off those items. The first person to get a Bingo wins! Make sure to have the different things placed randomly on the bingo cards-examples are bottles, bibs, nightgown, onesies, rattle, pacifiers, stuffed animal, bonnet, shoes, etc.
-Have a diaper shower...For each pack of diapers a guest brings, they get a raffle ticket. At the end of the shower, draw a ticket out of the raffle for a "bigger" prize, such as a $50 gift certificate to a restaurant or Target or something. Tell guests ahead of time, and encourage them to buy in different sizes so the new parents have lots of diapers to use! Also, make sure they attach gift receipts in case they get too many of one size or prefer a certain brand!
-Give "Different" prizes...
Here's a couple ideas I've used-All prizes were products that included the word "Baby", so I gave out a Baby Ruth candy bar, a jar of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, a jar of Baby Dill pickles, a box of Sugar Babies candy, etc.
I also once gave out prizes that were foods commonly craved by pregnant women...for example a gift card to Dairy Queen for ice cream, one to a local deli for pickles, another to a BBQ restaurant, etc.
Give prizes that people can keep for themselves or give to the new mommy-for example a GC for a pedicure, new nail polish, lotion, or rattles, pacifiers, and baby spoons.
